Susan  Milne, Artistic Director Eramboo
Susan Milne, whose projects have won numerous awards, works as an artist and curator in the public domain, the natural environment and galleries. Susan steps into a number of roles as a curator, strategist, planner, writer, designer and artist enjoying a collaborative approach to each place and its cultural layers. She sees art’s role as a driver for place making, commercial vibrancy, wellbeing, innovation, social activation and environmental sustainability. Susan holds a Graduate Diploma of Visual Arts from Sydney College of the Arts, University of Sydney.  Susan is currently Co Artistic Director and Co Founder of Eramboo Artist Environment.


Katherine Roberts, Senior Curator Manly Art Gallery & Museum
Katherine Roberts is Senior Curator at Manly Art Gallery & Museum where she develops and manages exhibitions with associated public and education programs, and coordinates the annual Manly Arts Festival. Previously she has worked at the S.H.Ervin Gallery and Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney. Katherine has also been the Secretary of the Regional Public Galleries Association of NSW and Pittwater Community Arts Inc. She holds a Master of Arts from Art & Design UNSW.

Robby van Dalen
Rob van Dalen works in the conception, design and application of online media. His skills and experience include translating a client's information and marketing objectives into functional websites. Rob also has significant experience in advising his clients on the implementation of social media tools and the design and management of social media campaigns. Rob’s skills and experience include the development of business and office methods and procedures.

Kimberly Clouthier
Kimberly is budding sculptor, a story gatherer who possesses keen inquiry skills, and a futurist backed by more than 15 years of senior management experience in marketing. Her specialty is building collective capacity through story, enabling organisations to thrive in a fast paced future. She has achieved this with Fortune Global 500 and ASX200 clients in a myriad of industries. In 2010 Kimberly expanded into the futures field when she completed her post-graduate degree in Futures Studies at USC. Her strong communications background coupled with cutting edge strategic foresight methodologies enables her to encourage visionary strategic development within the leadership team at Eramboo.
